Vista para a Ilha do Corvo fantástica. Em termos de atendimento não souberam sugerir actividades e no bar, não souberam informar que havia um gin açoriano. Poderiam salientar muito mais os produtos terra

Das Hotel versucht auf "mondän" zu machen. Aber dafür fehlt manches. Der Pool war verdreckt und nicht nutzbar. Das Servicepersonal im Gastrobereich unflexibel und unorganisiert. Die Preise für das angebotene Essen deftig. Kein Wunder, dass viele Gäste des Hauses auswärtig essen.

Die Lage am Meer ist fantastisch. Aus den Zimmern zur Meerseite hat man einen tollen Blick auf die Felsküste und dir Insel Corvo. Das Abendessen war auch sehr gut. Leider war der Service nicht sonderlich gut. Geputzt wurde nur halbherzig und die Bedienung am Abend und an der Rezeption war stock-steif. Dadurch fehlte dem hotel der Flair.

It is a fantastic hotel with wonderful views and clean and new rooms.

What it is a shame is how we were treated by the women working in the reception desk: Nanci Ramos and Ana Soares.

We arrived at 7pm asking for a room after 8 hours in Flores airport because of a flight cancelation due to bad weather.

It is unacceptable being treated like this by someone who works in the hotel industry.

We asked for help either with accomodation or transportation and they were laughing at our faces. Thanks god we met two american guys tha offered sharing a room and letting us the other one.

Great hotel but disgusting treatment by those two women working in the front desk.
