The staff is super nice and helpful even after we checked out early and we didn't have breakfast because we wanted to go on a ferry that got cancelled so we were hungry we called them if we can still have breakfast and the super kind staff opened the restaurant just for us. We are very satisfied with the service and highly recommend it 10/10.

Une porte placard posée a côté du placard. 2 rideaux, 2 trous. Chambres petites, une porte de douche /2 ne ferme pas car sortie du rail. Rail plein de crasse.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit tollem Blick auf den Pico. Zwar war das Zimmer etwas klein, aber das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und lecker.

Excellent hôtel au cœur de Lajes, village charmant et calme même en plein été. Les chambres sont belles, propres, calmes avec (pour celles en étage) une vue spectaculaire sur le Pico (quand il n’est pas dans les nuages). Le personnel est souriant et serviable, bravo !

Mi estancia en el Hotel Bela Vista tuvo sus luces y sombras. La ubicación encantadora prometía una estadía relajada.

No obstante, el personal fue poco motivado y el servicio no cumplió mis expectativas. El mayor problema fue la alta humedad en las habitaciones. Sin adecuadas opciones de secado aparte de un secador de pelo, que no podíamos usar por la noche, resultaba imposible secar la ropa. Mis amigos y yo más o menos éramos los únicos huéspedes, por lo que usar el secador de pelo no hubiera molestado a nadie. Aun así, el dueño del hotel golpeó directamente nuestra puerta cuando escuchó el secador. Luego patrulló los pasillos para vigilarnos.

El servicio de habitaciones escondía objetos, lo que resultaba confuso y me llevaba a buscar mis chaquetas constantemente.

A pesar de la pintoresca ubicación y la baja cantidad de huéspedes, el Hotel Bela Vista no logró compensar los aspectos negativos. La vigilancia insistente del dueño, el deficiente servicio y los problemas con la humedad y el secador de pelo afectaron la experiencia. Es imprescindible mejorar para brindar un ambiente más agradable a los huéspedes.

Das Hotel könnte gut sein, aber in den Zimmern herscht ein sehr schlechtes Klima. Zum Beispiel trocknen Klamotten im Zimmer ohne den Föhn nicht. Aber als ich um 23 Uhr noch meine Klamotten föhnen wollte kam sofort der agressive Hotelbesitzer ins Zimmer und schrie mich an. Dies tat er an den nächsten Abenden auch als ich mit mehr als 2 Personen nach 22 Uhr auf dem Zimmer war.

The rooms could have been great if the climate had been more comfortable with better humidity control. The thin walls unfortunately led to noise disturbance, affecting overall comfort. The bathroom was cold, and the bedroom was too warm, creating a somewhat unpleasant sleeping environment. However, the hotel's pictures were nice and added to the overall ambiance.

Areas for Improvement in Service:

One of the major issues was the lack of a reasonable option to dry wet clothes, except for using a hairdryer. This inconvenience should be addressed. The hotel staff could have been better trained to provide guests with a smoother and more pleasant stay. Additionally, the hotel owner's extreme unfriendliness and excessive guest monitoring dampened the overall experience. It's unfortunate that they take advantage of the lack of local competition, which may lead to a lack of incentive for better guest experiences.

Highlight: Breakfast

Despite the negative aspects, the breakfast at the hotel stood out positively. It was undoubtedly the best part of the entire stay and provided a positive start to the day.

Everything was perfect. Clean, large rooms; great breakfast; lovely details and decorations.
The Location couldn't be better. I never ever had this amazing view, I guess I was lucky enough to get the "First-row-sea-view"

O alojamento foi perfeito para uma noite de dormida em visita de turismo de natureza à ilha do Pico. Liguei para fazer a marcação muito em cima da hora (início da noite), e fui muito bem atendido pelo Sr. Camilo, o qual nos recebeu mais tarde com extrema simpatia e disponibilidade.
Localização muito boa no centro das Lajes do Pico, ideal para conhecer a pé, e com alguns lugares para estacionamento. O quarto tem as comodidades necessárias e estava limpo, com varanda com vista sobre o mar. Pequeno almoço muito bom e completo, incluindo brownie de banana e bolo de coco caseiros inesquecíveis. Staff muito simpático e disponível durante o pequeno almoço e o check-out.

Great hotel and breakfast but the owners were really unpleasent and not kind.we were a group of 16 and the only thing they were worried about was the fear that we could steal something from breakfast! Pity because potentially was a 5 star rating

Posto centralissimo.
Camillo il proprietario è un tipo molto intraprendente e problem solver.
La struttura è pulita anche se datata.
Le stanze sono degli appartamenti.
In pieno centro a Lajes di Pico.
Colazione molto buona.
Personale troppo apprensivo ma ottima scelta se andate a Pico.

Très bon établissement, avec une déco acidulée. Le personnel est vraiment très aimable, à l'écoute.
Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et toutes orientées face au mont Pico.
Les petits déjeuners y sont copieux.
Nous avons vraiment passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel.
