Overall was good since it was one night due to bad weather. The only negative side was not having Wi-Fi in the bedroom. Power went off and a couple floors were left without Wi-Fi. I did asked to be moved and was told by the receptionist that was not possible due to a flight coming from Santa Maria via Ponta delgado to Pico at 10pm. Did I believed her? NO, bc all flights were cancelled in and out due to high winds and the reason why we had to stay there.
Besides that, Sonia and Brenda were fantastic helping us out !

Payed €130 for a room. AC was not working, there was no view from window. Breakfast was ok but not great. Price/quality-wise not worth it. Location is close to the harbour which is nice. Bathroom was clean and shower nice and warm.

Comer à fartura com pão ,bolos, frutas, café, sumos, e muita variedade de outras coisas boas!
