Prachtig pand, geweldige lokatie, prachtig uitzicht op de haven en pico. Schoon, mooie kamers en goede bedden. Er wordt snel gereageerd op probleempjes (elektra). Wel erg mager ontbijt. Begint om 8u en 2 minuten later al eea op en niet bijgevuld en anderszins bacon en eieren nog niet klaar

Mooi boutique hotel met ruime kamers. Jammer dat de stoep en weg rond het pand was opgebroken, maar daar konden ze niets aan doen. Uitgebreid ontbijt. Centraal gelegen.

Just a m a z i n g! I am pretty sure we got the best room ever (book Dornier X if you can) and best service ever ☺️

Recently renovated building, all beautiful and stylish, I just loved the high ceilings of the room and beautiful location next to the marina. The room itself was far better than some 5* hotels have (or *suites). Just wonderful ????

Also, take into account it's impressive historical building - tasteful and authentic - not many of these are still around. You won't be disappointed by the experience.

The hotel is in central position and the dormitories we stayed in were very nice and homey.

Ainda bem que não marcamos online… Ligamos directamente e rapidamente percebemos que o Sr Ricardo tinha solução para tudo: uma atitude que é uma relíquia nos dias que correm!
Gostamos muito de o conhecer… O desafio de remodelar o edifício e torná-lo num Boutique Hotel é um projeto que partilha com orgulho e brilho nos olhos, assim como alguns detalhes da sua recuperação!
O hotel não podia estar mais bem localizado, com a ilha do Pico mesmo em frente! Todo o staff é muito simpático, o pequeno-almoço totalmente caseiro e os quartos ambientados à história dos inícios da aviação já que a baía do Faial era destino de muitas destas aventuras!
