Não fiquei instalada no próprio hotel, preferi ficar numa das casinhas atrás, do AL: a experiência foi óptima e estive muito bem por lá, repetiria a estadia! Hoje retornei um dia inteiro à cidade da Horta, para voar de novo e recorri à recepção por uns momentos. Foram muito amáveis e prestáveis, voltei a sentir-me em casa! Obrigada equipa do hotel e resort!!! Até uma próxima!

Muita simpatia.
Hotel antigo a tentar manter o charme dos hotéis mais antigos.
Achei sala dos pequenos almoços com muitas mesas.
Torna se um casamento no pico do serviço.
O p. Almoço deve ser a refeição mais calma para quem está de férias.
Mas nota positiva.

Great view of Horta and excellent service overall. Bed was a bit too firm for our comfort level, but a lovely space and amenities regardless. Only complaint outside of the hotel's control is a local bar/club blaring music and people singing along loudly until 230AM the night before we were leaving for our flight.

Daniella was one of the highlights of our stay. She is knowledgeable, helpful and incredibly kind. Joao was also a delight when we had lunch at the restaurant. We had a very bad experience with Alberto at the restaurant, who was rude and condescending when we sat ourselves due to no sign saying “please wait to be seated” or any employee around. We were ignored until I went to the front desk. When he finally came over we were SHOCKED at the disrespect from a customer service employee. We ultimately decided not to eat there because we were uncomfortable with him handling our food.
