Os funcionários são simpaticos, mas são poucos. Faz com que o serviço seja mau. Falta de limpeza nos quartos, atrasos na preparação do pequeno almoço, não reforção o que está em falta. Mas o Hotel tem boas condições.

Muito bom! Atenciosos, chegamos sem reserva e nos atenderam rapidamente. Pessoal do hotel muito atencioso, café da manhã de acordo com o preço. A área da piscina e ótima.

Local aprazível e com quartos amplos e bem limpos. Na verdade todos os espaços do hotel são amplos e o atendimento é de muita simpatia. É um espaço ótimo para relaxar. A localização ideal.

Booked a long weekend, to match ferry boat schedules in and out of the island, which at this time of the year (August) were Fridays and Mondays only. The hotel is modern and very quiet, has a large pool and gym and is set in a beautiful corner of Santa Cruz village, right by the marina and yacht club. Room (double with extra bed) was clean and spacious, furnished with minifridge and tv. Continental breakfast is included, bar service is available on request but no other meals are available, the restaurant is closed for now (Aug 2023) due to staff shortage. After checkout we were allowed to store our luggage, use the pool and shower at the gym past checkout time, while waiting for the ferry. Recommended.
