ATLÂNTIDA MAR HOTEL

It deserves 5 stars!!! A very good and cosy hotel! The breakfast was great too. I would also recomend going to gym and sauna. If you go to terceira that is the hotel I recomend.

Quartos enormes, super limpos, staff simpatico e prestável.

Location is alright but you are kinda far from Angra. You can still make it by bus or car. There is a free parking which is nice.
Now for the room. It was no way near the 4 star advertised. We had room 308. We woke up couple times every night because of the wind that you could hear winding throught the balcony door even if it was shut. There is also clearly a sealing problem with this door since the maids put a towel at the bottom of the door every day because the water gets inside the room. One night it rained so much that the next morning all the carpet floor was soaked. Nothing to say on the bed, it was good. Mini bar refregirator is dirty. The breakfast was just cold every morning. Its from 7h to 10h. We usually went at 9h. It's like they never start the heat on the food platters. Kinda disapointed. Maybe the other rooms are better but ours was bad. The gym smells humidity at a point that i couldn't just go there. Im happy we paid the off season price but i cant imagine someone paying full price for what we had.

I was kind of disapointed with my stayed in Atlantida mar, but I believed we had the bad room of the hotel. We were on the side of the wind, wich was extremely strong on two of our four night stay and the wind keeps woking me up. We had rain one day and the water came inside and the carpet stayed wet for the next two days. The breakfast was very complete, but they forgot to open the heater three days in a row, so the food was extremely cold. Fortunatly, you can order an omelet wich we did and had a hot breakfast two days in a row! Their is a lot a kids as well!

Sehr schöne und geräumige Zimmer, hervorragende Sauberkeit und sehr freundliche, serviceorientierte Mitarbeiter. Kostenlose Parkplätze. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Meer mit Blick auf den Leuchtturm. Wir waren eine Woche Gäste in einer Junior Suite. Wir können das Hotel weiterempfehlen.
