All rooms & suites have been refurbished recently & boast magnificent sea views.
My Junior Suite featured a combined living & sleeping room equipped with a king size bed, a sitting area, a large desk & a flat-screen TV. The bathrooms are equipped with a single sink & a bathtub/shower combination as well as toiletries by the Portuguese brand Castelbel.
Breakfast, lunch & dinner are served daily at the Monte Brasil restaurant with a quite simple food selection that equals a good canteen or department store buffet.
Besides a large outdoor pool there is a fitness center & a small indoor pool located in the external operated health club that is located in the hotel complex.
Thanks to its location the Terceira Mar Hotel is one of the best hotels to stay at on the island of Terceira.
