Muito bom!

Reservei neste Hotel no dia 30/10/2023 para hoje 7/12/2023 no qual me desloquei para fazer o meu Check-in e qual foi o meu espanto quando me foi dito que tinham o hotel cheio mas entraram em contato com outro Hotel para nos colocar lá e ainda bem!!
Um Hotel sem respeito por quem faz reserva com mais de um mês!!
Não aconselho não é de confiança e cuidado podem ter a mesma surpresa que eu!!

Très joli hôtel très propre mais impossible de stationner une voiture et pour décharger les valises Situe dans une très petite ruelle Aucune belle vue

Disclaimer: Hotel is nice for area but worst customer service I've experienced in my life from Director Geral João Gonçalves. Long story short, I stayed at the hotel in April with my wife at the end of our Azores island expeditions. I used the coffee capsules in the room and made coffee, I asked for more when needed as they were not refilled daily, I received 2 more. There was no paper in the room about any additional cost for asking for more coffee capsules for the next day. Upon check-out they said I owed 8$ for coffee capsules which blew my mind. I was never told there was a charge when they were delivered. I offered to purchase them a 16 pack at the store for 4$ but was denied. Long story short they charged my credit card and then the director Joao sent me multiple emails attached harassing me about payment. I filed a credit card fraud enquiry with my credit card company and they refunded the fee charged by the hotel. Never have I stayed in a hotel and I travel 300+ days a year where they charge for coffee capsules and not tell you until check-out, this wasn't room service, it was cheap coffee capsules and then I get harassed by the manager. What a way to ruin your brand and provide poor customer service, will never return again and think you should not as well.
