Trato inadecuado, muy malos profesionales. Se tenía reserva para 12 personad para 3 días en Media Pensión con cena y sólo nos dieron de cenar 1 día. Desorganización total. El día que lleguë la habitación que me asignaron con mi compañero, a las 20 h. la habitaciónestaba sin preparar..... un desastre

It was a pleasant hotel stay overall. However, I must admit that the view from my room wasn't quite appealing; it overlooked a sidewalk and a building under renovation. On a positive note, they included breakfast. They also have a souvenir shop so you can buy some cute stuff from there.

The hotel's location was quite convenient, within walking distance of restaurants and the beach. The only drawback was the steep incline on the walk back to the hotel.

The room itself was reasonably comfortable, with ample space to store luggage. The spacious shower was a plus, and the fridge was stocked with a few snacks and drinks. Unfortunately, the air conditioner was non-functional, and there was inadequate room ventilation, which was a downside to an otherwise pleasant stay.

Hotel is clean. My room was on the first floor in the green hall which is constantly lighted in a psychodelic neon green. No balconies in this hotel so you look out your window right onto the sidewalk..i did have a view of a square and the fire station and police station. Location is walking distance to restaurants, the garden/park, a supermarket and the Marina and beach. Be prepared though to do some climbing up steep roads back up to the hotel. Breakfast was included, and I did find it noisy, the coffee is not good , tasted a bit like instant coffee. One espresso was included if you asked, i was told…only one . I guess you have to pay for more and then the machine broke down. Plenty of local cakes, flans, tarts. Scrambled eggs and breads, fruit and cheese and ham. Bar was empty every night..i stayed 5 nights, maybe off season.. went Sept 5-7.

L'endroit est vraiment idéal pour ceux qui désirent explorer la magnifique ville d'Angra. L'amabilité du personnel m'a aussi épatée! Il y a aussi un très grand stationnement utilisable sans frais, ce qui est un très gros avantage pour ne pas se casser la tête avec une voiture de location! Le déjeuner est bon. Par contre, un peu de diversité au fil des jours auraient été grandement apprécié. On alterne aux deux (2) jours entre le jambon et les saucisses. Tout le reste demeure identique... J'ai trouvé également qu'il manquait un peu d'ambiance. En sept (7) jours, je n'ai jamais vu d'employé au bar bien qu'il soit possible de demander le service à l'accueil. Nous avions loué l'appartement avec deux (2) chambres. C'était très grand! Par contre, le tout m'a semblé un peu cher pour la qualité de l'hébergement...

Gran elección, todo bien , desayuno y climatizacion del pasillo mejorables pero todo muy bien y es céntrico, tiene una terraza para tomar algo, la atención de la recepción muy buena
