Hotel de 2☆ muito bem cuidado, muito limpo e espaço humilde com staff simpático e atencioso. Local muito sossegado e em pleno centro das Furnas. Bom pequeno almoço.

Local modesto, mas limpo e acolhedor. Simpatia por parte de todo o staff. Carece de algumas melhorias de manutenção (torneira da banheira com peça partida). Sala de refeições com pouca luz e com decoração muito antiquada). Pequeno almoço bastante bom na relação preço/qualidade. Boa localização.

Hotel Vale Verde is an excellent hotel to stay in, especially if you are looking to be within walking distance of popular tourist attractions. The rooms are very clean and well-kept , and you can tell the staff work hard to make sure their guests enjoy every aspect of their stay. There is a complimentary breakfast every morning which includes a nice spread with freshly baked breads and fresh fruits. Luis, Cidalia, and Rui are wonderful and helpful to their guests and I will definitely be returning here soon!

I really enjoyed my stay here at Vale Verde! It's a great hotel in a great location-close to many tourist attractions! The rooms are clean and very nice. It is a family run hotel, and the staff are friendly and always there to assist your needs during your stay! I would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay here.

I stayed here for one night so I could enjoy a night at the thermal pool without having to drive back to Ponta Delgada afterward. It was a good decision. I really enjoyed the room. It is not luxury, but it is comfortable, clean, and the staff is very friendly. There is a breakfast included and it is a perfect way to start the day. I would recommend this stay. The location is perfect.
