We had an unforgettable stay in a beautiful boutique hotel that stands on a cliff with amazing views, and is perfectly centered in the island to go west or east and discover the marvels of the island. Located less than 15 minutes by car from Ponta Delgada city centre, this may be in my view the best place to stay for a truly relaxing romantic experience.
All the staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. The breakfast is a gourmet experience that proves that quality wins over quantity. The infinity warmed pool is beautiful and so it is the outside jacuzzi facing the Atlantic ocean and the beautiful horizon line. The hotel pampered us with a beautiful and delicious birthday cake and champagne.
We stayed at a junior suite on the ground floor that accessed directly the beautiful patio facing the sea. The room was very comfortable and had a kitchenette area. There were thoughtful little things like umbrellas in the room and lobby for guests to take during their stay (as the weather was a bit unpredictable) and a straw basket with pool towels that was very useful for our nocturne and evening moments on the jacuzzi. We also used the basket to visit Terra Nostra's hot springs.
I can say that it was one of the most beautiful hotels where I stayed and the Island has a mystical aura with all it beauty of sea, lagoons, lush green forests and parks, dramatic landscapes that take one's breath away.
Finally a special thank you to Ms Sandra Rodrigues that saved our early departing morning,preparing us an excellent breakfast before 7.30 am when the kitchen staff had not yet arrived.
Beautiful experience . The only less positive thing was the lack of power of the shower and one needed to wait a few minutes until the water would run hot.

Der Infinitypool war uns zu dieser Zeit etwas zu frisch. Doch durch die geringe Anzahl an Zimmern, kann man gut auf den Whirlpool ausweichen von dem aus man ebenfalls einen atemberaubenden Blick hat.
Die wenigen Zimmer führen dazu, dass man sehr für sich sein kann.
Das White ist ein Hotel, welchem für Paare sehr gut geeignet ist.
Hervorheben muss man hier definitiv das gesamte Personal! Super freundlich und sympathisch und absolut hilfsbereit. Ein Service wie man ihn sich wünscht. Immer ein Lächeln für einen bereit und ganz offensichtlich Freude bei der Arbeit! Weiter so ????
Das Frühstück, sowie das Abendessen haben uns ebenfalls überzeugt.
Wir haben unsere Zeit hier sehr genießen können und danken dem Personal für den sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt!
