We absolutely cannot recommend White enough. The hotel feels secluded and private while still being close enough to great restaurants for dinner in the evenings. The heated pool was such a treat after a day of exploring. We adored all the staff - seriously the best customer service we have ever experienced. The team stayed late to welcome us when our flight was delayed, our breakfast hosts remembered our preferences, and Joao went above and beyond to help us make sure our daily itinerary was sound. He spent time with us each morning reviewing the details of the weather and local cameras at the main tourist attractions to help shape our itinerary for the day. Truly incredible experience and would recommend to anyone.

This is an incredible place. My wife and I came here on our honeymoon and everything was an absolute dream, especially the service and the breathtaking location and beauty of the hotel itself. The entire time we felt like we were completely secluded in a gorgeous way, and totally pampered. Can’t say enough about the service - Sara, Sandra, Joao and the whole team always went above and beyond for us on everything we asked about. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious location.

We splurged and spent a night here to celebrate our wedding anniversary and were disappointed with how much it cost for the value of the place. The hotel is beautiful, stunning location and the food at the restaurant was incredible. However, the air conditioning in our room malfunctioned and we were substituted with a mobile replacement at the last minute (23:00) before staff went home for the night. Our mobile air conditioning unit was extremely loud and leaked a huge pool of water across our room in the middle of the night which we had to clean up ourselves as there is no overnight staff. When we explained this to the staff in the morning we were met with an apology and nothing else. Also disappointed that a bottle of sparkling wine and a full dessert plate were brought to our room twenty minutes after we had already ordered, paid for and eaten desserts we ordered because we had given up on getting anything complimentary for our anniversary as it was close to 22:00. Definitely not worth the cost to stay unless you’re willing to pay top dollar for privacy. We spent our remaining nights at a hotel that was 1/4 the price, had way better service and amenities with just as nice of a view and a better location.
