Stunning place with lovely rooms — beautiful setting — great staff — and amazing breakfast. There is nothing not to like here — it’s just a terrific place. You do need a car or taxi to get to town — it’s not really walkable. Staff will help with anything you need. Stay here!

Wir haben Ende März hier einige Tage verbringen dürfen und sind unendlich dankbar für diese großartige Zeit! Eine liebevoll eingerichtete Unterkunft, die sich anfühlt wie nach Hause kommen. Jeden Morgen wird ein wahnsinnig leckeres Frühstück aufgefahren mit ausschließlich frischen und vorallem regionalen Produkten. Die Gastgeber sind super sympathisch, stets hilfsbereit und für alle Fragen und Belange offen. Ein ganz großes OBRIGADO an dieser Stelle von uns und weiter so! :)

Cet hôtel est magnifique. C’est propre, le personnel est attentionné et serviable et on y mange comme des rois. Merci pour ce très beau séjour Quinta Da Abelheira!

Good value for the money. Comfortable accommodation, great hosts, fantastic breakfast buffet. And a heater in the room - not to be underestimated in a an island where humidity reaches 95%
