A cozy, small romantic hotel in the middle of the city with good accessibility to everywhere you need to go within Ponta Delgada. The room was clean, the breakfast tasted very good, they offer free parking and the staff is very nice. We had no problem. There are several restaurants, cafes and pubs nearby.

Was very pleased with this hotel. The room was exceptional, clean and spacious. The location was great and walkable throughout the city in Punta Delgado. The staff was great. The breakfast was nice and had options, was never disappointed. Overall, I think this was a great location and hotel to stay in while in the Azores. Could not be more pleased with my visit and this hotel.

Very friendly staff and good location. Beds weren’t very comfortable and the shower couldn’t stick to a consistent temperature. Great breakfast selection. all in all, great deal for the price.

One night stay, which was great ! Unique hotel in a good location. The room was very spacious and clean ! Loved the walk in shower ! Front desk personnel were friendly and helpful.
There was a great variety of hot and cold food at the breakfast buffet. I was concerned that the neighborhood would be noisy at night, but once 5pm arrived, it was very quiet, and remained so all night. I highly recommend, and would stay again, without hesitation !

Unfortunately it us not a quiet hotel. We could hear the couple's conversations next door. Breakfast was lacking in the bread department. Ten minutes with no bread/buns/croissants.

Hotel bem localizado em Ponta Delgada com preços equilibrados para a qualidade que apresentam. Possuem um restaurante japonês que tem alguma qualidade mas não justifica os preços apresentados.

Adoramos a nossa estadia. Equipa muito simpática e prestável. A Bianca na recepção é uma querida. Os quartos eram bons e estavam muito limpos. O pequeno almoço buffet também era bom. A única crítica construtiva que posso deixar é melhorar o pequeno almoço “takeaway”.

Das Hotel ist sehr niedlich und gepflegt. Bei den Zimmern kann man hier und da noch etwas anpassen, etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Sonst Top.

Liegt total Zentral und perfekt um Abends zu bummeln. Nachteilig ist die Parksituation und die teils sehr engen Straßen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstücksbuffet ist o.k.

Hôtel extrêmement agréable aussi bien pour son cadre que son ambiance. La situation en centre ville de Ponta Delgada est parfaite.
Les chambre sont spacieuses, propres et assez bien insonorisées.
La piscine est découverte et non chauffée, la baignade est donc réservée aux plus téméraires en dehors de l'été.
Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et les aliments sont de bonne qualité. Le cadre est très agréable, soit en salle avec de belles pierres apparentes, soit avec vue sur la piscine et sa belle luminosité.
En réservant à l'avance (6 mois), la chambre double avec le petit-déjeuner inclus a coûté 60€ (En période de fête nationale).
Établissement qui vaut ses 4 étoiles.
