Tudo 5 estrelas. Muito obrigada.
Pokoje již mají své nejlepší za sebou, ale jsou čisté a tak že nějaké drobné nedostatky jsou jen maličkost. Celkem jsem měli tři rezervace a rádi se vrátíme.
Personel bardzo pomocny, pokoje sprzątane codziennie, pościel zmieniana co 2 dni. Na śniadania można też zamówić tosty oraz omlety - bez dopłaty.
Rooms were clean, and the views were amazing from my window.
All of the staff was great and helpful, but a big shout out to Elsa, she made our experience there top-notch. We brought our toddler, who also loved Elsa!
Thank you to all the staff there who made our stay unforgettable. ????
Only downside was the size of the elevator, but that's not a huge issue, and I understand that a lot of the elevators are small. ????
A recomendar
Elsa at the front desk was lovely in helping us organize a room at the last minute when our other arrangements did not work out.
All the staff were wonderful and super helpful every time we interacted with them.
The rooms are also large with great views. It felt like our own place and not like a hotel stay at all.
Will definitely stay here again next time we visit the Azores!
