La situació és excel·lent, el personal molt amable i l'esmorzar complert. El garatge és gratuït pels clients, és petit però suficient. La zona de l'spa té un jacuzzi, un bany turc i una sauna i també és gratuit pels clients. Potser un xic més de neteja a l'habitació. Si tornem a Ponta Delgada repetirem.

La ubicación es perfecta, en el centro de Ponta Delgada. Las habitaciones son grandes y son muy acogedoras. El personal muy amable.

Fijn hotel op een top locatie. 2 weken verbleven. Goede kamer, goede faciliteiten. Fijn dat er een gratis parkeergarage beschikbaar is. Centraal gelegen in het centrum. Alleen is het hotel een beetje vaak hetzelfde, zeker als je er wat langer verblijft.

Un hotel con encanto con estancias agradables y habitaciones muy amplias. Está situado inmejorablemente en el centro, con parking propio (aunque los coches grandes entran con dificultad). El servicio es bueno, el desayuno incluye frutas naturales y es variado pudiendo además pedir personalizado. El gym es ridículo, pero hay, y el spa es muy correcto. Estuvimos 3 noches y lo valoro muy positivamente.

Wir hatten eine Suite mit Terrasse für 2 Wochen gemietet. Die Zimmer waren gut, auch wenn kleinere "Mängel" in einem 4-Sterne-Haus nicht vorkommen sollten (Fliese locker, Gardine lose). Nicht so angenehm war der nächtliche Partylärm, der aus den engen Gassen der Altstadt zu hören war. Auch für das Frühstück hätten wir uns in den 2 Wochen etwas mehr Abwechslung gewünscht. Unbedingt zu erwähnen ist noch das sehr freundliche Personal.

Top Lage in Ponta Delgada, schöne große saubere und ruhige Zimmer mit eigener Küchenzeile. Pool auf dem Dach. Freundliches Personal.

Very good location right in the center of Ponta Delgada and they had a free parking garage, which is quite important because in the very narrow streets, your rental car could get seriously scratched.
The rooms were clean and nice, the breakfast was good but we wished it would be slightly more variational.
Not really cheap but a good deal since we went kind of in the high season (end of August).

Aug2023: a perfect hotel with best location; modern rooms; car park in the building; only weak point was breakfast maybe but this is not so important; staff was most helpful also
