So here is what happened. I tried to book my stay directly via their website. The reservation didn't go through as there were some problems with my credit card. As the rate I booked required immediate confirmation with my card, there was no merchant agreement reached due to my card not working. We were emailing back and forth to solve the issue and then suddenly, they did not answer anymore. But there was no confirmed booking at this point. 5! days later they just randomly charged my credit card multiple times, using my previous provided credit card information without my consent. It is like you go in a store, didn't had the cash when you wanted to buy something. Leave the store and then 5 days later the merchant comes to your home and takes the money for something you don't want to buy anymore. Trying to explain this ended up in just more unfriendly emails and I am currently disputing it with my bank. So I felt I should warn you from this scam. Very sad, because I really don't like to leave reviews like this.
Primero nos hicieron una visita guiada de los invernaderos con piñas.
Luego disfrutamos del jacuzzi ubicado en uno de los invernaderos.
Y, por último, degustamos de una fabulosa cena en un comedor muy bonito y acogedor.
Todo junto hizo de esa noche una velada inolvidable
First of all: the team is just amazing!!!
The boutique hotel is a great example of „Upcycling“, old items are perfectly integrated in a modern environment.
The breakfast is the best start you can begin a day. All components of the big breakfast were presented nicely. We got delicious fresh juices, sliced fruits such as the home grown bio pineapples (so yummiiiiii!!!) and bananas etc. a cheese platter, various sweet toppings for the fresh breads, cereals, on individual request you receive eggs, pancakes, tea and coffee…
Some more details to mention about the hotel: the rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, the whole setting is surrounded by a quiet garden. In the evenings you can take a seat next to a warming fire. A parking is available in the backyard.
We enjoyed our stay very much and are recommending this hidden gem!
O staff todo muito simpático, limpeza muito boa e pequeno almoço fantástico!! Uma nota muito importante e de grande agradecimento pelo que nos fizeram pois esquecemos da hora do pequeno almoço e ainda assim as 11h preparam o pequeno almoço para nós.
Não houve nenhum ponto negativo a apontar na herdade.
