Pessima esperienza,
Nonostante il contratto firmato cercano di farti pagare soldi extra senza mostrare alcuna documentazione a riguardo, alla richiesta di chiarimenti il personale era infastidito e sgarbato. Mi hanno fatto pagare 290€ extra per un presunto graffio di circa 2 cm appena percepibile dicendomi che mi avrebbero mandato la fattura della carrozzeria, ovviamente non ci ho creduto ed infatti non mi hanno inviato nulla.Caparra molto alta 700€ che mi hanno sbloccato dopo più di un mese.
Avere a che fare con questa agenzia è stata l'unica esperienza negativa nel visitare le Azzorre (che sono bellissime).

Very bad. Scammers. They charged us 48,77€ for cleaning the car after delivering it back. The car was used only on conventional roads of the island, so I guess it's normal that after 4 day of use it should be cleaned, as any other rental car company does between clients, ot at least serious rental car companies. They said that the car was driven through recently asphalted road and the dirt stains needed special cleaning. It's false, since the dirt was easily removed with water, I checked this specifically. Also, there is no point on the contract mentioning this "rather" expensive cleaning. If we have known this we could have clean the car ourselves beforehand in a gas station or so for less than 5€ and without "special cleaning". Very bad experience. The car itself was not so bad, but the gear shift was quite loose and was not given clean to us on the inside and the outside when we first picked it up.

TENED MUCHO CUIDADO CON ESTA COMPAÑIA!!!!Le di un golpe a un coche que alquilé (aclarar también que no me quisieron dar un coche manual tal como alquilé, ya que es el unico tipo de coche que he conducido, diciendo que ese modelo solo lo había automático y resulto ser mentira). Al enviarme las facturas del coste de la reparación veo que hay conceptos que no cuadran con el arreglo que le corresponde al coche.

He mandado varios correos a la empresa y no me contestan a ninguno, me han inflado el precio por la cara para quedarse con la fianza!!!! Vaya vergüenza de empresa!!!!!
Veo ademas que sus comentarios de respuesta a estas críticas es un copia pega en la que dicen que llevan 30 años trabajando en las azores… Mas bien 30 años estafando???????? y sin preocuparse por lo que veo por dar al menos una respuesta personalizada a los problemas que ocasionan a sus clientes… ESTAFADORES

Car was given full of scratches. No windshield wiper liquid. Overall usable condition. Double check the policy, you are liable to 100€ damage, even with their super-plus-all-in-peace-of-mind-whatever version. My bad I did not filmed the car all over when retrieving it. I am used to have 0 excess liability, was on holidays, after 14h journey, woken up at 3.30 AM, and did not care. As I said, my bad. Returning it, they find a scratch that was not there before (I had no way to double check it, again, my bad) on the plastic cover in the front of the car. Charged 133€, meaning the 100€ of the deposit. While this is fully within the policy I signed, a scratch on the plastic cover (amongst one million other scratches on the car), charged for a total of 133€ (are they really substituting the plastic cover? Would love to see that. And even if they do, I guess the usability of the car would improve dramatically) is just a joke. Sounds like a nice way to make extra money. Which is fine, their business, their rules, my signature. My right to make clear that, in my opinion, still is a kind of perfectly legal scam. I just wonder what’s to gain in losing a customer and selling the reputation out for 100€. To sum up: be careful and aware of this, maybe spend a bit of time more checking other companies. I’ll surely do next time.

La recogida y entrega bien.
Alquilamos un vehículo por 4 días, nos entregaron un Opel Crossland X (94-XP-27).
En aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien, hacía mucho ruido y no conseguía enfriar lo suficiente.
Al vehículo le faltaba potencia, y en algunas cuestas había que quitar el A/A.
La marcha primera y la marcha atrás no entraban bien.
Limpieza justa, principalmente parabrisas y volante.

My recent car rental with this company has been the worst I've ever encountered. Despite investing time in thorough research and selecting their top-tier vehicle, the reality was shockingly different. The car was not only not what was pictured but was also in poor condition. The windshield wipers didn’t work and it felt unsafe to drive.

To add insult to injury, they attempted to slap me with a €1800 charge for damage that already existed. The entire ordeal was a blatant attempt at exploiting tourists.

Inside the car was no better - stained seats, an unpleasant odor, and litter everywhere. This falls short of the standard I anticipated, given their reputation.

This experience was beyond frustrating and cast a shadow over my trip. I strongly urge you to spare yourself the agony and choose a different rental company for a more reliable and enjoyable experience.

Die Mitarbeiterin bei der Übergabe des Autos war sehr unfreundlich.
Wir hatten für 8 Tage einen Toyota Yaris. Der Rückwerksgang ging nur sehr mühsam rein. Ansonsten waren wir zufrieden mit dem Auto. Die Rückgabe war bei einer anderen Dame und total unkompliziert.

Terrible. First they gave us a car that is smaller than we reserved and paid for claiming that they didn’t have any other options available at the moment. When we returned the car, totally intact, they spent 15 minutes looking for damage and found some barely visible dents and scratches below the bumper. Avoid at all costs. They are thieves.

Alugamos um Fiat Panda, com esta empresa e correu tudo pelo melhor desde o atendimento, as condições do carro e relativamente à concorrência exigem um caução bem mais baixa, e com preços similares por dia o que compensa para quem não está disposto a despender tanto dinheiro numa caução. Mais um pormenor que foi uma grande valia, o nosso voo era o último a chegar, e chegou já um bocado atrasado então tivemos problema nenhum com receio de já não conseguirmos levantar o carro , correu tudo bem e recomendo bastante esta empresa. ( Só tirei esta foto do carro)

The car rental went very good. The car was in order. The staff was friendly and respectful. We had to wait for the keys cca 15-20min. As we rented a car in Flores before, the deposit stayed the same.

Nous sommes partis 37 jours à la découverte de 5 des 9 îles des Açores. En février et mars, il nous a fallu jouer avec les horaires des avions SATA et les quelques ferries circulant entre 3 îles seulement. Nous nous sommes adressés à Frederico Lopes de l'agence Discover Car Hire qui a fait cela comme un chef. Cf.: "[email protected]" . L'organisation était parfaite. Frédérico a choisi Autatlantis qui est représentée sur toutes les îles. Que ce soit dans les aéroports ou dans les ports, à chaque fois, un responsable était présent avec la voiture. 27.00€/j TTC pour une Toyota Aygo.
