Key West best kept secret!! My fiancé and I were so lucky to spend an evening here. We were pleasantly surprised, to say the least. From the moment we checked in to checking out the following day, the staff was so kind, genuine and helpful. The grounds are filled with luscious greenery and tropical flowers. There are multiple of pools throughout to help cool yourself down from the sun. Every aspect of the grounds takes you away to a tropical oasis. Located conveniently down town within a short walking distance from Duval Street, I was surprised to notice there was zero noice disturbance. Our room was very quant. Our private balcony was the very top of the building, overlooking the streets below. ( Rm MA6). Every moment of our stay was truly magical. We are currently planning our next trip to the keys and will be staying in our favorite room, MA6.

They use too much Fabuloso-a multi purpose cleaner-its an overwhelming odor in the rooms and you can smell it everywhere on the property

My husband and I had the pleasure of spending 4 nights at Simonton Court over New Year and we just couldn't have been more delighted. The grounds were so lush, cozy, and inviting. The entire staff was so warm and welcoming. The breakfast service by the pool every morning was absolutely delightful. And we were not expecting our own private deck right off of our room!! So nice. Not to mention, THE LOCATION CAN'T BE BEAT. Steps from Duval and walkable to absolutely everything in Key West, yet so quiet and secluded. Such a perfect little oasis. We can't wait to come back!!

The best, period. There is no stay in Keywest that parallels Simonton court. We will never stay anywhere else. Jonathan and Eric were so amazing and accommodating. This is the perfect getaway for a trip with your partner or a friend group.

It’s a special place.
