This place was absolutely beautiful. The pool by the office was very warm and comfortable. The robes were also a nice touch. We got a few drinks at the pool bar and snacks from the restaurant which were good. Service was amazing. The complimentary breakfast was very good. Will be back.

Booked this through Costco and it did not live up to the Costco standards that I am used to. The Hotel is quaint, nicely tucked away in lush gardens with 3 pools, one of which is heated. Issues with accommodation-noise from hotel workers right outside our room, no in-room coffee, missing sink drain plug, could not call front desk, tv line-up very poor, musty small from AC.

It is not the Kimpton brand but is being advertised as such. When we asked, we were told……”we haven’t changed our website yet”. Our “king patio room” was very small. The a/c was loud, and rattled. The landscaping was lush throughout. But our patio was dead and needed to be raked. The furniture was cheaply done. Breakfast also!
Disappointed for paying over $500, a night!

Super hôtel ! Cadre magnifique situé à quelques minutes de Duval st donc proche des lieux touristiques et de l'agitation des restaurants et bars mais au calme, accueil agréable, chambre fonctionnelle bien qu'assez petite. Piscine très agréable (surtout après la route en nocturne et sans personne en plein juillet !), un parking inclus avec la chambre (tout se fait à pied).
Le point qui pourrait être amélioré reste le petit-déjeuner. Il est raisonnable mais manquait à notre sens, compte tenu de la qualité des autres prestations de l'hôtel, de vrais pains frais et de pâte à tartiner au chocolat.
