Rebbecca from the reservation department is so unprofessional : Hang up on me when I asked if we had to pay resort fees. She had an attitude the whole conversation. I'll reconsider booking with them in the future.

Came here twice three years ago and you can definitely tell the new management has taken over and NOT in a good way- cheap toiletries service is lackadaisical at best at the front desk. I would not stay here again pretty sad because I love the place..

Great place to stay in Key West! The central location is easy to walk and see all of Key West.

This was our first time at Eden house and in Key West. I was a little skeptical about staying here because of some of the reviews but I decided to take a chance. I'm glad I did, sure the rooms are pricey but so is everything else in key west. Are they huge? The answer is no. But was it a beautiful relaxing property in the heart of old Town? Absolutely! The pool was great, the hot tub was great, staff was super friendly, bike rental right out front. I didn't have to drive my car for 4 days. Either walked or biked. There were hammocks, tons of chairs to lay out on and it was quiet. Just a super relaxing place to spend time at and to get away. I didn't go to key west to sit in my room. So I was very happy with the overall experience and everything Eden house had to offer.

Staff appears annoyed and irritated at all times. Keep interaction to a minimum and expect to be disappointed.
