This is the best place to stay in KW away from Duval Street. Nice cleans rooms. Emily was super accommodating and has a great Georgia smile. I gave service a 3 because one day the computer system went down and no one could get food or drinks. It was in the afternoon and we were all hungry after a long day. I don’t understand if you are a guest at the hotel why an order couldn’t be written down., prepared and charged to your room when the system was up and running again. Your staff was completely paralyzed and there should be a process in place when you have system failure. Other than that great stay!!!

this hotel is great. Awesome services and overall vibe. food and drink are above hotel average. The marina is fun. It's on Stock Island vs Key West proper. Hourly shuttle to downtown. Rooms are kind of noisy. You hear water running in other rooms, lots of roosters and very squeaky beds. But overall very pleased.
