Nous sommes venus dans cet hôtel du 4 mars au 06 mars 2024 avec une très belle vue sur la Marina mais obligés de mettre un avis négatif car l'hôtel nous a prélevé des montant de 605 Dollars et 800 Dollars sur nos comptes respectifs alors que l'hôtel est payé depuis juillet et que nous avons uniquement pris un petit déjeuner à 4 et 3 consommations au bar.. bref hyper déçus de nous être fait arnaquer ! nous avons évidement fait plusieurs réclamations, envoyé des mails, téléphoné 3 fois tout ça sans réponses de leur part. plus de 1400 € prélevés non justifiés :(

We enjoyed our stay & would return. However, a few suggestions could be made. It would be nice to have microwaves in the room & breakfast available in the mornings for the $ you spend. The gym was small but had we we needed, pool is great, Johnny is THE BEST, marina is well maintained, MOST of the staff is very friendly, & rooms are clean. I think maybe adhering to your claims like "welcome champagne" & "in room coffee supplies restocked daily" would have knocked you up to a 5. We asked for these things & never received. Great location when you wanna be in Key West but NOT IN Key West ya know?!
