We stayed here over New Year's and the room was nice. The shuttle was really helpful and easy to coordinate.
I booked through Air B&B and paid a deposit upon check in. I never got a refund and have called multiple times, emailed your support and let Air B&B know and nobody has clarified what the extra $200 charge was/answered the phone.

Room are nice, pool is nice. My only issue is the noise. Or issue was we were unable to get any sleep as we hear people in the next room talking till 4:30 in the morning and then maintenance pounding and scraping at 6:00 a.m. on a concrete surface that travels through the structure. There is no "on" option on the HVAC system just to keep the fan operating to mask the noises.
If you're deep sleeper, this is the place to be.

Das Zimmer war gut, eher klein aber gemütlich und sauber. Die Matratze schon sehr durchgelegen. Nichts für Menschen mit Rückenproblemen.
Der Shuttlebus ins Zentrum ist genial, macht die Lage außerhalb gleich wieder wett. Reservation hat immer super geklappt!

Asked housekeeping to mop floor after we had a sticky spill. It was never done and so we used washcloths and they came up with lots of brown dirt. Wondering when the last time floor was mopped
Asked reception to have manager contact us when we checked and we never heard back. The wrote a letter asking for resort fee to be refunded, still haven’t heard anything
