Definitely not 4 star service or experience.
Bed was AWFUL! Where was the staff? Only saw one person the entire stay and that was at check in. Zero towels at the pool to use… really disappointed at the experience. $50 resort fee. For what?! For over $400 a night I expected so much more.

❗️FRAUD！NEVER WASTING your MONEY HERE!!!
Two weeks ago, I came here for vacation with my friends. On the first day when I checked in, I found the toilet was blocked, so I immediately informed the reception desk. We asked to change the room if no one came to repair it within an hour, she said she would arrange someone to come up and repair it, so from 3 o 'clock to 9 o 'clock, 6 hours later, the toilet was still blocked, and we could not even enter the bathroom. This time after ten minutes, someone finally came to repair, but the power of the toilet is really very, very small! There is a shuttle bus to downtown every day, but it is $5 per person. When we checked out, I found that I was being charged far more than I had seen when I booked online. ⚠️ I have seen other customers complaining about their overcharge in the comments before, but I didn't expect to find it on myself this time. I asked the manager why I was overcharged, and she told me that she could waive the contribution fee. But after a few days I was found that the fee was not waived, I called them, they said they would deal with it, as a result after a week, I checked my bank and found that I was still charged that fee, so I called them many times, but there was no reply, they just tried to cheat you out of money, pay attention to your bank statement after you left! Never come again! The room rate is not cheap, but the service is terrible! They don't care about their guests!

This hotel is actually a renovated motel. They tried to update it but failed. The bathroom sink and do not drain water. It’s a joke for what they charge you for the room. Not recommended. Stay next door at Marriott or Hilton.
