We had the pleasure to stay at Sun Outdoors Marathon for January and February this year and had a great time. We were here for one month last year and enjoyed it so much we went for two this year. The addition of Amanda and Will Campbell as the activities coordinators was a great surprise and very welcome this year. They worked very hard on all the activities and got everyone together many times. The rest of the staff we encountered Tom, Devin and Will were fantastic as usual. We have reserved for next year and can’t wait to return.

The manager Peter Powers just screamed at the top of his lungs. He called me today as I am a homeowner in Ocean Breeze! He is a ticking time bomb. My water/sewer bill was triple normal. All I asked for was for them to please find the problem and correct it. His emailed explanation had no answer after stating on the phone that someone would be looking into it. He said it should autocorrect itself with no explanation. This is unbelievable! They took my money and said I would be credited! How would you feel if someone takes money you don’t owe and says we will credit it back . They can clearly see that my bill for January and February was incorrect. I am truly disappointed in this management company and would not recommend anyone buy here or Islamarada based on the way we are treated here. This isn’t the first time he has dismissed my complaints either! The exterminator ruined my SUV paint and he would not help. I am a widow with no strong man to help me anymore! However if my Husband was alive the situation would have been resolved I’m 100% sure. This breaks my heart as I love living here but seriously contemplating a move.

Very nice, super clean campground, boat launch and docking spots. Good Wifi too!!

I enjoyed this place more than a place that cost 3x as much in Key West. Why, you ask?
1)They have THE most breath-taking view of the turquoise waters in the Gulf with a beautiful sitting area.
2) The staff is helpful...Our RV spot was tight, but 2 guys were very helpful getting us in.
3) The other RV-ers/Residents were friendly which, unfortunately these days, is no longer the case. 4) It's clean, quiet and relaxing...not crowded and congested like a lot of places.
I can't wait to go back!!

Amanda and Will Campbell (activities coordinators) are Excellent. They have done an amazing job with all the activities they have provided.All the campers love them and appreciate their caring ways. We would love to see them back here next year. I raise in salary would be appropriate for two who have gone above and beyond in their service to the park.
