Attempted to book with plenty of availability. 3 different email respondents who offered full, partial and first rights of refusal to our desired booking...while declining to take a deposit. Ultimately declined to honor original booking after 6 emails and 4 phone calls...
We had so looked forward to this vacation after putting in multiple research and Google review hours.
Very disappointing business practices
