I expected a bit more from this place, but it is beautiful on the outside and in the public spaces on the inside. The Internet is not great, but it works. The showers do not seem to really get hot, which is somewhat frustrating when the HVAC does it's own thing and either goes off or really cold despite what you set it at. And they put a lot of incidental charge bait around the room: water, wine...oh! And parking can be a nightmare, the hotel only has pricy valet parking. And on street is either super full until after 10pm, or resident only after 10pm...so you have to go out around 10pm and fix your parking situation or prepare to be ticketed

Have visited the restaurant in the hotel several times, and I am never disappointed. Today, my family and I went for breakfast for my birthday, and Ms. Jo went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. She made my day so much more special by her care. Thank you Jo!

Was a last-minute stay. The staff made us feel welcomed . The room was beautiful and comfortable. Will definitely be back.

What amazing location outside patio beautiful overlooking water . To bad seems to be alot of rules about happy hour where sit and other silly things what drinks . Bartender seems to guess what the bill should be.
Not organized not very well managed. To bad such great place sit down have a drink and meal .change the management look who running the bar and be great again. We want to go but needs be fun and friendly. Should be packed .

This hotel is owned by the Marriott, which is our choice of hotels when available. The area is nice with several restaurants within walking distance. Our favorite for dinner is the Town Tavern. Great food, atmosphere, and service! Ask to be seated in Matt's section. The hotel over was nice, cozy. The only issue we had was that we had to ask 4 times to get a couple of extra pillows and towels. The safe needed new batteries, but they never came to service it. On the day of checking out, we left cash on the nightstand as we always do to tip the room service. We stepped out to have breakfast, and upon our return to gather our things, the money was gone. That's stealing in my book. All of this was reported not only to hotel staff but a letter was sent to Marriott.

This hotel is in desperate need of an upgrade.

The rooms are dated with bathrooms that clearly haven't been remodeled since the early 2000s. The temperature in the room seemingly has nothing to do with what you set the wall thermostat to. When I got into the room it was 62 and when I set it to 72 I was lucky to hit 68. Old popcorn ceilings stained with dust from the vents blowing directly on them since the last time that popcorn was considered aesthetically pleasing. There's also no mini fridge in the room which is frankly embarrassing. How does a red roof inn manage to have mini fridges in every room but an establishment charging $500+/night can't seem to find it in the budget? Additionally, I left my "do not disturb tag" on my door for the duration of my stay. I don't like having strangers rummage around my room. Regardless of the presence of this hanger, my room was clearly serviced, seemingly to simply make my bed and throw away the single tissue I had discarded of in the trash.

The hotel itself was absolutely frigid. Everyone was wearing jackets indoors at all times. The buffet food is hit or miss. They served eggs, bacon, and waffles that were all perfectly fine simple staples. But one morning the only options were pork bellyand chicken apple maple sausage (what?) that might as well have been tree bark, both of which were cold mind you but that checks out given that you could hang meat in this hotel.

The only saving grace of this place was the bartender who was lovely but unfortunately they shut it down at 10.

The location and external aesthetics of the place are also beautiful.

On the whole, for the price point I wouldn't bother with this hotel. Extravagant prices for a room straight out of 2003 with Arctic circle temperatures.

The hotel is showing its age. Popcorn ceilings and older rooms.

But the biggest concern is they automatically charged us for valet parking and in/room wine service. We *never used either, and it was hours of work to get it cleared up. I highly recommend avoiding this property until this fraudulent activity ends.

Beautiful Hotel. The location makes it well worth leaving the comforts of home. A Florida oasis with walking trails, a variety of nice restaurants and shops, a bank, a post office and church. Celebration was actually the green space that housed all the wildlife displaced from Disnay. You can get your steps in and enjoy every minute then treat yourself to brunch all day until 3 pm. The custard french toast with real maple syrup was 13.00. I ordered a large bowl of fresh berries to share which made this dish superb! The Lakeside view was oh so beautiful. I also love Florida birds, so I've added my nature photos ☺️. So take a walk around Celebration and Celebrate your best wild- life!

Quaint little boutique hotel in the downtown area if Celebration. Rooms are lovely but do not have a mini fridge or microwave. Onsite restaurant is very nice as is their outdoor dining area. Service is sometimes slow but always very friendly.

Amazing !!!! The perfect place

Location is everything and this place has it. Come on a “food truck Friday” and enjoy everything that downtown Celebration has to offer.

Great small town feel

Front desk experience was very disappointing. Upon checkin, we were told upgrade was not available, however, my suite upgrade was approved one week before arriving. He tried his best to talk us out of an upgrade. After arguing back and forth, we were finally told upgrade WAS now magically available. Room 103 seemed very moldy. Our suspicions were confirmed upon waking up at 430AM to sore throat, coughing and wheezing. Sadly we had to check out earlier than we planned due to the room being harmful to our health. (1 Doctor visit and Methylprednisolone prescription later I feel better, thank you) We informed the front desk of our disappointment upon check out and informed them about the mold. Now the really sad part, THEY DIDN'T CARE! No "sorry', no "what can we do to make this right?" Nada. Then I get email asking "how as your stay?" Explained everything. I did receive a "sorry", but again, no "How do we make this right?" Very poor customer service and customer relations. You would think Marriott would have a higher standard for personnel at this location

Acabo de salir de este lugar con mucha pena!! Mi fin de semana perfecto!! Gracias Carlos,Israel,Xavier,Rhiana creo que es la de el rest que me sirvio mis desayunos y mi cafe esta mañana!! Y a todos sus empleados..Maria la de el servicio...a los muchachos de el Valet. En fin a todos los que este fin de semana dejaron sus familias para dar el mejor servicio y calidad humana que e recibido en mucho tiempo!! Dios los Bendiga y no veremos pronto!! Exito siempre!!!

We always feel comfortable and cozy in this hotel. Every year we celebrate New Year and stay at this hotel. Highly recommend

Great location away from the Mouse Madness. Great selection of restaurants in Celebration. Hotel could use updates/renovations. Maintenance left nasty debris in front of ice machine today….shower in our room needs attention. Very, very difficult to cut off faucet to change to shower function

Update 12/19/2023…Seems to be getting worse. Room 103 seems to have a mold problem. We had to cut our stay short due to both of us being bothered by it. Front desk absolutely did not care

Nice place to stay but the room was disappointing. In corner over looking the parking entrance. Not the place I would put a lifetime Platinum Marriott member. Overall, not a bad place and the valet parking is excellent. Thought I would try it as an alternative to a Disney hotel but based on this experience, will not stay again and just stay on Disney property.
