Hotel room was old, rundown, dirty, and had a STONG musty smell. When we asked for a different room they said there were none available. They went up, fixed air conditioner( apparently had been leaking) vacuumed, and sprayed some air freshner. Was greatful it was only for one night. Definitely would have found a different hotel if was staying longer. Would not recommend.

The first room we were assigned to had a moldy moisture smell and sure enough, upon further investigation, there was mold in the restroom. The second room was manageable but it looked like, what could be blood on the carpet in multiple places.
We arrived back to our room around 11:30pm and did not easily find parking. A quick search for parking on the side of the building took my kids, in the presence of a man shooting up drugs in his arm. This exposed them to something that had NEVER experienced previously. I did infom the front desk.
-The elevator had a stick mess on the floor for one day to another. We were extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with this location.

One of the worst hotel so far. The room is very cold, heater is not working. Table lamp is not working. There are some stuff store in this room. Overall horrible situation. I strongly recommend to avoid thia hotel, otherwise you will regret.

This hotel is the most horrible hotel I have EVER stayed in. I had to change rooms four times upon check in before I would consider sleeping at this establishment over night. I felt uncomfortable the entire time of my stay. Unfortunately, I prepared for a 4 night/5 day trip due to a volleyball tournament before reading the reviews. I felt unsafe & disgusted by the horrid conditions & smell of this place the entire time. The linens were soiled & extremely hard! The toilet kept clogging. The bed had stains. The carpet was so dirty I had to throw my soaks away. The entire 5th floor smelt like sewage. My throat hurts from the horrible moldy environment. I will never step foot in this place again. They served breakfast, it I wouldn’t dare eat here. The only saving grace was the nice front desk staff. Outside of them, the building and my stay were all a nightmare. I requested a refund but was denied. Do not stay here, it’s awful!! I was very disappointed
