My family and I have stayed at Tropical Palms Resort many times and we have a great experience everytime we visit! Cleanniness, of sites are in excellent condition all the time. All the staff in the office are always very helpful and welcoming. We love the pool area, laundry room and all the amenities :)

LOVED! this campground. Very close to the disney parks and we got to see quite a few deer. If you get the chance check out the food trucks across the street by machine guns america.

For Thousand Trails members, things have changed over the years. We used to love this park but with the new management Abdell things have changed and they are charging for packages now $5 to $20 per package with zero notice in advance.. we have stayed here in the past and have never been charged, so we did not think to ask. We were shown no grace whatsoever. Also, if you are staying at their sister park, Sherwood, five minutes down the road there are no accommodations for arriving before 1:00 PM, that means you need to sit with nowhere to go for two hours. There used to be a lot of allocations for Thousand Trails members, and it’s very noticeable that this is no longer the case.

I do believe this boils down to management and it’s sad because we used to really love this park.

Reciban un cordial y muy respetuoso saludo._ La presente tiene como finalidad hacer de su conocimiento que poseen unas Excelente a cabañas y un espacio muy bonito para hospedar. De igual forma quiero acotar que me pareció de muy mal gusto la manera como la mánager y el.supervisor tratan a su personal a cargo en este caso me refiero a los HOUAEKEEPING Y HOYSEMAN, ya que pude ver q están realizando un trabajo bien hecho y no veo la necesidad de gritar ni humillar al personal delante de los huéspedes. Recuerden q del trato q ellos den hacia los visitantes depende las recomendaciones del lugar. Muchas gracias por su atención.
