The service sucks.

This is truly a bad visit. I forgot my stanley cup in the resturant and was telling this cup was not found when I called back. The operator does not like to help at all. Never had such a bad experience before.

The prefect place to stay for a multi day trip to the park. Room decorations are great and the children focused activities are awesome! Free endless breakfast is pretty good. The dinner options are a little expensive, but there are plenty of options to choose from.

This is a great location and it has all the bells and whistles for kids; however, for the price breakfast should come out HOT, or guests should be allowed to choose from the buffet themselves. Also, s'mores kits should be included; $25 for crackers, marshmallows and candy is ridiculous. Otherwise, this was a great trip. The disco elevator and castle in the lobby and entertainment were awesome. We loved the overall experience and we will definitely come again!

I really wished I book the beach retreat instead. Checking in was a hassle then after we settled in we went to the pool. My son went down the slide and came off with a big not on his head. The worker didn’t even look concerned by hearing his head hit hard. We went back to room for couple hours so the swelling to go down . We ate at the bricks buffet the food was so gross and cold was not good at all. I wouldn’t eat there around 8 because the food was so nasty my son threw it up. We book for my son birthday and wish it was better stay .

Great experience, early March is definitely the time of year to go.

very satisfied with our stay! This is definitely the best place for children to play, have fun and have fun. everything is suitable for them so I had no fear. the lunches are super good and the service is really great. The only thing is the Skyline Lounge restaurant, the food is really disgusting and it's really too expensive. otherwise the site was great and the pirate restaurant was just incredible.

Definitely a great location and fun for the kids, my only complaint is my kids are early risers and they have nothing open for the kids to do until 9. Even mini golf isn't available until 9:30... Breakfast was open at 7 which was good but I wish they started things at 8 even. What are we supposed to do between 7 and 9? If you have young kids that get bored easily and can't play with Legos for 2 hours be prepared to wait around.

Do you know the Lego song “Everything is Awesome”? The hotel is “Everything is sticky”!

We arrived and was told the house keeping system was down so our 12pm notification was wrong and they made us wait when we arrived at 5pm. We got into the room which was exciting at first but then realized the floors were stickier than a frat house. Wear socks for sure!

The blankets in the room don't breathe and the AC needs the filter changed, you will have to constantly take layers on and off all night. Furthermore the smoke detector has the worst green blinking light that is the brightest beacon in the room at night. The water pressure in the shower was equivalent to a water fountain.

Cool kids get their own bed area but the place needs a massive germ cleanse across the whole resort. The side of their bed is also next to the door which i advise securing more.

Every lego in the place is sticky! Lol

Fish sandwich and burger at the Skyline were some of the best I have tasted along with their service.

For one night at ~$500 and the craziest cancelation policies I have seen go stay at a Ritz Carlton for two nights and drive to Legoland.

Eu e minha família amamos os 5 dias que ficamos hospedados neste hotel. A recepção do hotel é toda decorada com peças de Lego. Tem uma piscina de Lego no Hall para as crianças e adultos brincarem. A gente sempre ficava lá brincando enquanto esperávamos na fila do café da manhã. O elevador toca música como se estivéssemos numa discoteca. E mesmo os hóspedes que não se conhecem, dançam juntos. Todos os dias tem um workshop muito bacana para aprender a construir alguma coisa com peças de Lego. Participamos do workshop nos dias que não fomos ao parque e foi muito, muito legal. Parabéns aos organizadores dos workshops. A piscina do hotel é bem bacana também com peças de Lego flutuantes para construirmos enquanto nos refrescamos na água. Tem até um toboagua bem legal. Meu filho adorou. Pontos a melhorar: Os funcionários que ficam cuidando da piscina ficam batendo papo entre si e parecem não querer ter trabalho. O toboagua somente começou a funcionar uns 40 minutos após eu perguntar o motivo de estar fechado. O café da manhã é bem servido, saboroso, mas poderia ser um pouco mais variado. Adoramos o suco de laranja, as panquecas, o iogurte, as frutas e o biscuit. Os quartos são lindos, todos com decoração temática. Ficamos no quarto Lego Adventure. Tem uma cama de casal super confortável, uma beliche para as crianças, com uma cama auxiliar. TV nos dois ambientes, banheira no banheiro, cofre e frigobar. Não tem micro-ondas nos quartos, mas é possível com facilidade utilizar um micro-ondas no corredor. A gente esquentou comida várias vezes lá. Tem também máquina de gelo nos corredores. O serviço de quarto deixou um pouco a desejar. Teve dias que voltamos bem tarde e o quarto ainda não tinha sido arrumado. Outra coisa que decepcionou foi que todos os dias eles deixavam um set Lego de brinde no quarto para as crianças, mas no primeiro dia o set estava dentro do baú do tesouro e precisamos desvendar um enigma pra abrir o cadeado do baú. Nos demais dias o set Lego foi deixado em cima da cama dos meninos mesmo, e todos os dias foi o mesmo set Lego. Se eles sabiam que ficaríamos 4 noites, deveriam ter variado os set Lego. Aliás, deveriam ter um set Lego para cada dia da semana, assim dificilmente alguém pegaria algum repetido. Por último, o hotel conta com atividades bem bacanas para as crianças como Bingo, Festa do Pijama e outras gincanas. A criançada sempre se encontra de pijama ao final da tarde no castelo-barco pirata pra brincar, construir com peças de Lego ou mesmo assistir algum filme ou animação Lego no cineminha. O hotel possui ambiente familiar, acolhedor e descontraído. E fica ao lado da entrada dos parques Legoland e Peppa Pig Themed Park. Recomendo demais e com certeza voltaremos.

I had the best time of my life

Quiero empezar diciendo que generalmente no dejo mi opinión al menos que sea buena, pero me parece necesario compartir mi experiencia (que no debe ser la de ustedes) Un hotel demasiado costoso para lo que es (más de $300 dólares la noche) ☹️ para mi los detalles son importantes y de verdad que salí decepcionada. La decoración es linda y divertida para los niños pero un poco abrumadora (mucho rojo y negro en las habitaciones lo que dificulta el descanso) ... hay millones de piezas de lego muy pequeñas que los niños se meten a la boca y se vuelve un stress constante, alfombras sucias y baños sucios, el lavamanos estaba tapado, la cama queen era muy alta e incomoda, (mi hijo de 5 años no podia subirse solo) almohadas gigantes, las literas muy pequeñas y un mobiliario viejo. De La comida solo puedo decir que es fatal. ????‍???? Lo unico positivo para quienes ibamos al parque es que está al lado. Ah, un detalle que me llamó la atención es que la habitación se divide en 2 partes, el area de los niños con una litera estaba al lado de la puerta que mi hijo podia abrir perfectamente y salirse del cuarto; el otro espacio para los adultos estaba del otro lado ???? ( jamás dejaria a mi hijo dormir pegado a aquella puerta de salida mientras yo estoy del otro lado rendida, nada mas de imaginarme que se puede salir del cuarto) Definitivamente NO VALE LA PENA !!! Fue debut y despedida.
Ahora bien, los parques estuvieron chevere, tanto el de Legoland como el de pepa pig.

Clean rooms kids loved it and they have free breakfast with great service

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. They definitely didn’t leave anything out. They’re our bathrooms everywhere. You can have breakfast and park to the park. It’s so relaxing and fun and not stressful like Disney can be. Definitely worth going too!

The hotel is super nice. Most of the employees were very nice biggest complaint is everything being closed and miscommunication of the utilities. The pool was closed the entire stay which no one told us when we booked and that’s why we booked an additional two nights was to stay specifically at the hotel for them to swim and play on the waterslide. we were then told we can drive across the street and use the pool at the beach resort that it was open from 9 AM to 9 PM. We arrive at 10 o’clock and the pool doesn’t open until 11 and then we are told it closes at one so again another day we planned specifically around the pool and it was closed. Each night stay, each child gets a Lego set (with a treasure hunt)they gave us the exact same Lego set for five nights in a row and only did the hunt the first night there. also, if you want to do the Lego builds, be sure to book it a week out before coming we arrived Friday night and everything was booked until Monday for a family of 3 to do.

Currently at Lego land pirate hotel and so far it hasn’t been great. Pools down because of chemicals I guess and no one informed us at check in. Carpets look like they haven’t been cleaned in the hotel room ever and one of the two bottles of water left had already been half drank. We had read that you get a mini figure to ‘trade’ in the treasure chest in your room but we did not. My husband asked the front guest guy and he laughed and said wasn’t there something in there? That’s all you get. Which was some toy to build but no Lego figure. (He could have just mentioned that without the laughing). Also no food trucks in Lego land were open and a lot of rides were closed which was a disappointment.

The experience was amazing! My son had a blast and truly the best way to experience Legoland. If you want to give you and your children an experience this is the place to be.
