This place is amazing for a family with kids. The service was over and above what we expected. While you can tell that the bones of the hotel is getting older, they do a great job theming and making you think your not just in a regular hotel. Our 6 year old won't stop talking about how much he loved it! Make sure you don't miss the pajama parties!!!!

They are very short staffed, we bought fasttrack pass for all our family members but no personnel is here to check fasttrack pass, everyone is mixing in the lines. Plus, most of the rides are closed. Total rip-off, disneyland is way ahead in terms of reliability and operation wise.

Went August 2023. If I had to sum up our visit in one sentence "Kings Dominion with Lego themed rides and exhibits". Not saying that in a bad way, but personally (as a kid at heart who plays with Legos) I was expecting more actual Lego activities (why the star deduction). Now, the kids all thought it was amazing, they had a blast (7, 9, 11). There was a building centered around creating things out of Legos, one is an earthquake simulation table where you can shake your design after building it. The overall facility was very clean, staff was what you'd expect at an amusement park. Several members went above and beyond to help us and make us feel valued. Prices overall were (again) what you'd expect for an amusement park. The stores that sell Lego sets have the same ones as any Lego store, mildly disappointing. Half a star deduction. There is however one set we found specific to the park, and it's the park itself! A set centered around LegoLand amusement park. At the time, this one wasn't offered online but only at the park. We didn't stay at the hotel, but the park overall was great. If we are in Florida again, we would go back.
Oh, half a star addition back, they have little Lego building stations for the kids at the ride lines. Keeps them entertained while you wait for the ride, this is some next level "thinking about the customer with little kids" stuff.
