Great location! Close to the parks and out of the bustling of the city. Love their pools and activities on site. The rooms are outdated and you can hear everything through the walls (good luck sleeping with a room next to an elevator). The WiFi is super slow so be aware of that. They offer a one time cleaning during the stay so that’s nice.

I'm not going back to this hotel. It is perfect but the way they treat their employees is horrible. I saw many front desk agents saying that their back hurts because of how low the counter top is, even the agent that was attending me had to literally kneel down because their back hurts. All the agents are young people who will have back problems in the future because of this company. I had to talk with the concierge and they were older but were sitting down, this place does not treat it's employees the right way, I hope my daughter never has to work in those awful conditions

O lugar é enorme, e é extremamente lindo. O único defeito é que a localização te deixa um pouco distante da maioria das coisas para se fazer em Orlando. Se você quer ficar em um lugar para aproveitar as acomodações, esse lugar é aqui. Fomos pela RCI travel
