2.5 hours to check in. Rude lady at the welcome center. The manager was supposed to call me but of course never did. The condos are run down. Furniture are stained up. Definitely needs updates. One nice thing is the pools. There are plenty of pools on the property to use. Still had a good time. Was our second stay but will also be our last stay.

We had a package promotion to take the tour but my wife and daughter got stomach virus.. they didn’t understand our situation so we end up paying a 389$ fine for not attending this tour I asked the representative,but she didn’t want to understand our situation even with proof of my wife and daughter sickness..So make sure in your stupid ads you specify that; you are not allowed to get sick nor have an emergency. Or you’ll end up paying way more than what is worth..
El sitio es bonito, compramos un paquete que incluía el paseo por las propiedades, desgraciadamente mi esposa e hija se enfermaron de un virus estomacal y no podían atender a el paseo y esta gente fue muy irresponsable a pesar de explicar la situación y tener pruebas del doctor no nos quisieron escuchar y terminamos pagando mucho más porque te multan con 389$ dólares si atiendes el paseo para venderte su propiedad nunca más regresaremos a este sitio
De gente que solo le importa su propiedad y no el bienestar o salud de la gente que ahí renta ????????

anything that is tied to exploria resorts is all mediocre. Customer service is a one star. It is way cheaper to go directly to resorts, then it is to actually have a timeshare through exploria.
They will lie in the timeshare presentation to get the sale. I was told explicitly that the timeshare could be surrendered at anytime, which I tried to do after 3 months of ownership. (It was instant regret...) I was told a surrender program didn't exist. HOWEVER, in a recent phone call I was told the surrender program DID exist at one point... and I was given the timeframe. I went back into my old emails where I have an email exchange about surrendering my timeshare during the time that they DID have a surrender program. They've lied at every turn.
Notice in the response below, Exploria says "It's true -- vacation ownership is not for everyone." YET THEY HAVE NO WAY TO GET OUT OF IT!
