I would have written this review from the resort but there is ZERO cell signal and the WiFi is so horrible that you will not be able to use any internet. Walls are paper thin so any noise outside is loud in your room. The adventure park is a joke- they are “under staffed” so only one activity is open per day. Closed 2 days completely. Don’t bother going to a pool unless you plan on going at 7am to throw a generic resort towel on a bunch of chairs like everyone else does. If you don’t, you will not get a chair all day, at any pool. It is 45 minutes to an hour from parks and shopping because of traffic. I did early check in at 1:30 and the room wasn’t ready so they said they would call when the room was available. They never called so we finally showed back up at 5:30. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Called and asked to speak with a manager. Front desk concierge stated that manager I asked for is not available, I asked to speak with any manager and I was placed in an infinite hold.

This is a very nice and quiet resort. Check in was quick and easy and then they shuffled us over to the timeshare person. I expressed my disinterest in attending a timeshare presentation and after many minutes of begging and offering us a gift card and a 7 day 8 night stay at a exploria resort of our choosing we decided we could endure a 90 minute presentation. Fast forward to the night before, I get a text saying that they have overbooked for the following day, so I ask should we reschedule and she responds with ill get back to you in the morning, which by the way never happened, so I waited til after the weekend to inquire again and to ask since this was no fault of ours and we were willing to reschedule, if they were not willing to reschedule we should still be given the gift card and certificate for another week's stay. I was informed a gift card was out of the question, but she would inquire about the certificate. It is now the day before we leave and crickets. I will let them know of their unprofessionaliasm of the way they have handled this. I do know if we have came down here on the timeshare presentation price and canceled and refused to talk to them about rescheduling we would be charged for the full amount of the days we stayed. So if you come here and use one of the other discounted pay platforms, stick to your guns and let them know you will not be scheduling any timeshare presentations.
