SO, this was part of a promotion, we had to attend a timeshare presentation. It was all good OF COURSE UNTIL YOU SAY , yep you guessed it No!!! That is when all hell breaks loose. They said the presentation was 120 minutes but the lady was upfront and said it maybe 3 or more hours if we buy with paperwork. She was too confident in the sale ( nothing wrong it) but no ma'am. The funniest thing was her saying your credit has to be PERFECT , only at the end to find out that regardless on that you pay the same interest rate b/c they cannot run your credit. Which was worse then someone with bad credit. LOL. that was only 1 of the lies that was presented in that hour and a half and the funniest thing was when the manager came to try to convince us and we were nice but said No, she rolled her eyes. I said I thought you were going to be nice to us that is what you said in the beginning. IT behooves me how they treat ya when you say NO, but it's all good when they lie lol.

No kitchen only get microwave & shower don’t get HOT ,air only goes 69 I literally burned up bed was HARD it was nice things for kids to do we made best of it!!! Loved the getaway I turned lamp off and the whole thing fell

This place is beautiful. Plenty of things to do. Full service bars, beautiful rooms with private balconies, things for all ages to do. Even a movie theater. Great place to get away and have a home away from home with so much more than home has... Highly recommend...

Went here with a family member that is a timeshare owner to see if we’d like it enough to purchase. Absolutely not. The rooms are run down, the landscaping hasn’t been touched in many years and for the price that owners are charged, it’s not worth it. You can tell that the resort is not investing in maintenance. Our front door had a big space on the top and bottom that you could see outside through. The inside of our villa was clean and not that outdated. The main pool is okay and so is the one by the newer units. The smaller pools near the 100 buildings were unkept. The chairs were all torn and were the same ones from my visit in 2009. When you think of a resort, you think of comfort and things are kept up. This resort is not it. Also adding that the grills are dangerous and don’t work near the 200 buildings. We had to call because someone had tampered with the grill knobs (removed them) and then left the gas running. The entire area outside of our villa smelled of gas and you could visibly see it coming out and over the grill and the staff was not concerned and didn’t want to address it.

Place needs updating. Appliances were beat up. Room location was AWFUL because there was no pool around our building. We had to drive to another building. Huge lake but only 2 kayaks, and you had to pay for them. Fishing in the lake requires a fishing license?But worst of all was when you dial 0 nobody picks up. Room had a DANGEROUS issue where hot water was coming out of the cold water line. With hot water out the cold line and hotter water out the hot line, it's not safe for kids. And since nobody would answer when dialing 0, I had to drive over to check in TWICE to report the issue.
