I must say the staff is amazing (Julio, Vanessa and especially Roxy). We had an issue with our room the first night and they did not hesitate to move us to a different room. Rooms are spacious and fit our needs. Overall it was a great experience, everything was clean and it's close to a lot restaurants and things to do.

Clean, spacious 2bed 2bath suite with kitchen. My only negatives are bed sheets were not the best, made me itch. Also, the parking was horrible on the weekend. We were given a tag for the dashboard so we don't get towed, and yet there were so many cars without tags. Did not see security checking the cars when we ask where to park, front desk offered across the street. Keep in mind the Sonesta is right across Icon park and I think people were using their park lot.

We found this place based on beds available and price. We were skeptical thinking it was too good to be true. It was absolutely perfect. From the clean and very spacious suites to the employees working at this location. Everyone was amazingly helpful and friendly, the location was perfect for what we had planned and the kids had a blast at the pool and hot tub. If traveling to Orlando again we will absolutely be staying here.

Spent a night in Orlando, booked online weeks prior and it was an enjoyable stay. Two bedrooms and a pull out couch slept my whole family perfectly. Right on the main strip with restaurants and souvenir shops within walking distance

Had yet another amazing stay at Sonesta Suites! I often travel to Orlando for swim meets and this is the only place I will stay at simply because of Vanessa and her amazing staff! Every time we return, I feel like I'm home. She truly cares about ALL of her guests. She handles any problem that is thrown at her with a huge, GENUINE smile. Anytime you walk into the lobby area, Gerard immediately stops what he is doing, and greets the guests with a huge smile, even if he is in the middle of a conversation with another employee. You don't see that often and I hope Sonesta Suites realizes who they have working for them! They definitely deserve a raise. They are a rare duo! Thank you Vanessa and Gerard See you next time for our next swim meet!!
