Nice historic inn. Could use room darkening curtains because the outside lights are very bright. It was quite. Nice area to walk around. Well cared for inn. Bed was comfortable

It's an older building but is well maintained and clean. The staff is excellent. Walking distance to stores, restaurants and venues. So the location is perfect.

Guys..... I live here...when we have a concert at any local venues this is the place I stay with family (wife) and friends...
This place was built in the 1950s and slowly upgraded so no complaining its not a newer hotel.
From Justin (front desk) to the manger and owner who take care of a retiree live-in..... we could all learn something from the old-school of how businesses are run and how to take care of people with respect who may be in need

Was attending an event at the Saenger Theater and the location within walking distance to the event as well as restaurants, shops & other entertainment was perfect. This hotel is a gem that needs a dose of updating, grouting, caulking & deep cleaning. Additionally, the few staff we encountered didn’t seem cordial or enthused about their work. Assuming the owners are in this for the long haul, it’s time they role up their sleeves and bankroll and invest more in the property. I would like to say I’ll return, but right now I’m neutral since it seems the property may be on a downward tilt.
The part I loved the most about this hotel was by far the staff. They went above and beyond. Fresh baked cookies in the lobby, a hot homemade breakfast, and they were super helpful to us when we had a long intermittent period between our stay here and on the island. We will definitely be staying here in the future when we are back in Pensacola!
