Valet service was excellent! Liam was very attentive and quick to get our vehicle. Always greeted us with a smile!

My favorite hotel in Tallahassee! The location is the best, with a farmer’s market across the street on weekends. It’s such a nice spot to start your time here.

The hotel room is exceptionally better than the layouts at nearby places (comparing specifically, to the Hotel Aloft and Hotel Duval).

The valet staff are also great! Shout-outs to Patrick, Mike, Liam, and two other team members whose names I missed for being so prompt in bringing our car around (even when we lost the valet ticket on our very first evening ????).

Likely one of the most unkept hotels I’ve stayed in a year. And I stay at a lot of places. The entire hotel needs a makeover / upgrade - maybe it’s best just to tear the place down. C’mon folks step up and keep up!

Billy provided great service. He remembered my name had awesome conversation and never had to wait long for the come down each time I needed it.
