THE KENWOOD GABLES BOUTIQUE B&B

5 STARS!!!! This was our first traditional Bed & Breakfast experience and now our standards will be high. The Kenwood Gables is top notch! Jayson and Reymond live on site and make you feel at home the moment you walk in the door. You can tell right away how much pride they take in making their guests feel welcome and making their experience one to remember! Our room was spectacular - clean, roomy and super comfortable and just steps away from a beautiful pool and deck. Breakfast was amazing every morning and they gave excellent recommendations for dinner spots and entertainment. Kona and Fizzgig were the best greeters! Highly recommend!

The space was beautiful from the curb to the pool to the rooms. Jayson and Reymond were very thorough with instructions ensuring everyone enjoyed the experience. There was a curated list of restaurants, bars, attractions, and beaches. We dined at Ceviche and Jayson provided us with a card that gave us priority seating on a Saturday night! Literally handed the hostess the card and were sat immediately. Great concierge services. The heated pool was amazing. It was clean, private, and quiet. They have two dogs that are hypoallergenic. The most chill dogs ever. They loved pets and scritches but never jumped on you or barked. Our room was beautifully decorated with a personalized welcome sign. The room and bathroom were very clean. Tons of towels, toiletries, blankets… etc. there was also a coffee/tea bar and a mini fridge with water. We were in the Burlington. I will note, if you are tall and you are with a partner, you may want a room with a bigger bed. There was nothing wrong with the bed you just have to be aware that it will be tight if you’re used to sleeping on a king. There were tons of pillows. Also, the room came with an independent air conditioner unit. Just outside of the room is a little nook that is perfect for reading or relaxing. Then the breakfast! Pastries from France are flown in and baked in the kitchen, there’s fresh fruit, and they make you breakfast! Great menu, great service, great hosts. This was my first B&B and it did not disappoint. I can go on and on! We had the best time. Thank you Reymond and Jayson! We truly did feel at home!

It was so nice to be back in a real old fashioned B&B after so many Air"BnB" experiences. Jayson, Raymond, and their two dogs welcomed us into their home and showed us around. You could see how proud they were of the restoration of the property. The B&B is comfortable and homey. Plenty of sitting rooms, some large, some small, all unique in some way. Good for couples or even small groups.
I knew we were in for a treat at breakfast as soon as Jayson pointed out which fruit was "fresh" and which was "not". "Not fresh" meant he cut it last night! As if I would have noticed. Delicious selection of sweet and savory pastries too (fresh, of course), fresh OJ (it's Florida!) and omelettes cooked to order. I may have lingered a little too long.
Lovely neighborhood for walking. Check out all the murals. Plenty of parking. Easy walk or drive to restaurants.
This one's worth a special trip!

Loved our stay. The room was extremely nice. I especially enjoyed the hosts. They were very accommodating, friendly, and fun.

We had a lovely stay here during our wedding weekend. It's a beautiful Bed and Breakfast. Highly recommend!
