Wish I read the reviews before coming. Here’s my experience. The service had an attitude, the coffee is pretty bad and my almost $20 croissant should probably be worth $5 at most. I placed my order to go and asked for extra ketchup, the girl looks at me like I just asked her for a huge favor, she paused and goes “we are not supposed to do that but sure”. lol seriously? What kind of place is this??. Anyways, just look at the picture of my $20 croissant lol.
Edit: I am not interested in a refund thanks. Just stating my experience so that hopefully customer service gets improved (and better quality of products). Seems customer service really is an issue specially after reading many of the ones on yelp. Have a good day.
