La nourriture est bonne mais le service est toujours épouvantable. Après avoir fait l'erreur de m'y asseoir une fois pour manger, je ne fais plus que passer prendre mon repas. Même le pick-up est une expérience horrible malheureusement, mais je continue à y retourner pour des raisons de commodité et parce que j'aime leurs pâtisseries. Il faut faire attention quand ils prennent vos pâtisseries car parfois ils utilisent leurs mains nues sans gants. La dame a même toussé sur mes croissants avant de fermer la boîte. J'ai évidemment demandé de nouveaux croissants, mais ce n'est pas du tout hygiénique de prendre de la nourriture sans gants, à mon avis. Ils donneront la priorité à toute personne parlant leur langue maternelle plutôt qu'à tout Américain et vous ignoreront jusqu'à ce que vous finissiez par partir vous-même.

Une boulangerie française tenue par des Français ! Très bonne surprise à Sarasota ! La tarte au citron meringuée est vraiment délicieuse !

Tout avait le même goût que lorsque je suis allée à Paris ! Les prix sont les plus bas que j'ai vus par rapport à d'autres boulangeries françaises. Le personnel est très aimable et je reviendrai ici plus souvent !

Première visite la semaine dernière. La nourriture était phénoménale. Les macarons sont à tomber. Le personnel est très sympathique et s'adapte à certains des changements de menu que notre table avait demandés. C'est un petit endroit avec six tables au total, je crois, mais cela vaut la peine d'y retourner

On ne m'a pas dit que si je demandais du lait d'amande avec mon café, il y aurait un supplément à payer
Ce qui devrait être dit. C'était 50 cents de plus ! J'ai également attendu dans la file d'attente et le serveur a fait asseoir une femme qui se trouvait derrière moi dans la file d'attente en premier, de sorte que j'ai été ignorée. Je l'ai signalé mais aucune excuse n'a été donnée. 9/28/24

We absolutely adore these two French restaurants. From the authentic ambiance to the top-notch quality of all the drinks and dishes, bread varieties, and the wonderful pastries, the staff is also incredibly friendly and attentive! Another highlight for us is the outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying breakfast in our Floridian weather. They were very busy on a Sunday afternoon but did take a call for descriptions and pickup of desert needed. Pricy for pastries but average price for larger french cakes and deserts. Pickup or ordering to go when busy, you will need to go directly to the register line. Authentic and broad options of French regional breads and pastries.

Their baguette French bread is no where near like it is made in France. Theirs is hard as a rock and tasteless. You get softer crispier and tastier at Publix bakery and cheaper. Sometimes their croissants are stale.

I come to Florida, especially Naples and Sarasota often. This is a wonderful bakery and the staff is beyond kind. Truly delicious breads, sweets and coffee. I never miss a chance to stop in. YOU should too!!!

Ordered quiche which was tasty even though it was cold and incredibly small. It came with an even smaller cup of fruit with melon that was impossible to chew. The coffee was delicious but there must not be refills as I was never offered another cup. Employees were kind. I left a tip inspite of my disappointment. My bill totaled $20. Too much for the amount of food I was given. I won't go back.
