We brought our 92 year old dad with us your staff was great and I want to personally give a shout to Noelle and dontae we absolutely enjoyed our stay thanks again Frank

Staff were helpful and friendly. Nice amenities in the hotel and good restaurants nearby. However, the room I was given had small ants crawling around, no trash bags in the bins and some of the sheets I was given were dirty. For $450/night, not even close to worth it.

Arrived at the hotel on February 16th for a work conference that had been booked since January only to find out that the room would be 2 beds instead of the king size that I had booked. When I asked about the bed size they told me that was their standard room and no king size was available. Finding a hostess in the restaurant proved a task, so my wife and I walked to find another option, none were available without reservations, and the ones that didn't need reservations required a dress code. First night was almost restful, but the second night, well forget about it, there was a car with an alarm going off for almost 20 minutes.
When I called the front desk to arrange transportation to the airport and I was told to call the local cab or use Uber. Seems as though they think they are a resort but it is ran like a motel.
Maybe I was expecting too much based on the prices of everything including the room, but to call it a resort is a stretch, Seems more like a college dorm complex.

Never stayed thwre before would be nice tho
