Really great boutique hotel in an great location. Close to beautiful beach (pleasant 10 minute walk) and great reataurants and shops. Pool and hot tub great and well maintained. I stayed on main side, where the pool is, not across the street.

Ice hotel in a central location. In the middle of shopping and restaurants. Pool is just okay and gets fairly crowded. Also, shade is at a premium there. Gym is nice and sparsely used while we were there. Room was well appointed and staff friendly. I would definitely stay again

Unfortunately our trip to naples had an unexpected issue and we were unable to make it. We called the Inn and everyone was so helpful and helping to accommodate us and though we were not able to stay just the service we experienced on the phone and through email was enough for us to want to come back and stay here. Look forward to enjoying a vacation here in the future.

In my previous review of The Inn on Fifth from five years ago, I stated that it was arguably the premier place to stay in the greater Naples area. I just returned home from a weekend at the Inn on Fifth, and I can unequivocally say that it should be the only place to consider staying when in Naples.
I had no idea that after covid and the hurricane that the management could improve on what they had. However, with the latest renovations in the main building and now the upgrades in the building across the street, it is hands down the best. There are now 5, renovated, club level suites on the second floor 270,271, 272, 273, including the huge 274 that all look right over 5th Ave and the front of the main building and there are several additional suites on the third floor that have the same view.
It takes a lot more than just well-appointed facilities to please a clientele that is used to the best. It takes a professional team with client first training.
My first complement goes to Lisa, the concierge for the club level. Lisa sees to it that everything is perfect, arranging the hard to get reservations and rides to and from the best restaurants and attractions. On top of that, while waiting for your reservation, Lisa directs a staff member to stock a complimentary, self-serve, top-shelf open bar with warm and cold appetizers for each guest to enjoy all evening long.
Most importantly, when checking in, you must ask for Zuzana, who manages up front.
She will go out of her way to make sure that everything is as exquisite as it should be wherever you may be on the property.
Whether you are in a standard room or a suite, Zuzana will make sure that you have the amazing experience that you deserve.
Be sure to say hi and thank your driver Petar, who comes complements of the house. Petar is always professional and knowledgeable, taking your party to and from all there is to see in his spotless Escalade.
Make a reservation and experience the excellent service at The Inn on 5th. Trust me, you won't leave disappointed.

We ate at Ocean Prim inside the Inn on 5th. Food was amazing, service was on point. Celebrated my Wife's 50th Birthday, our server made it a remarkable evening. Thanks for the memories. Very pleased.

The value was SO rude! Whatever you do, do not value with them they were awful!

We had an incredible time on our visit. The rooftop pool area with hot tub was exceptional, and much needed after a long day. Would recommend!

So happy with my entire experience. I am a local and my stay was a romantic one! The concierge staff (Mark) was a pleasure to work with before my stay, and was so attentive that he made my wishes come true (upgraded my room to the Royal King) at my check-in, it was specifically noted from him based on a few weeks prior conversation, how cool and totally personal experience! Front desk, room service, cleaning staff, valet and bellhop, pool/bar service were all exceptional, top-notch and very high class! Highly recommend a beautiful stay-cation from a fellow Florida to another. And walks up and down 5th were so memorable, down to the beach and up the entire strip! Don't forget Ocean Prime (make reservations in advance, totally worth your while!) What a memorable experience! Definitely coming back!
