Worst customer service, hands down. The front desk clerk was unprofessional. Once checked into the room the blinds were affixed open, the room was freshly painted with a heavy chemical smell; leaving no choice but to stay in an enclosed room with the onset of a migraine. Managed to get the AC to finally run it just intensified discomfort, with awfully loud running sound and dusty debris. Filter must have never been changed after construction. After requesting another room or refund to find somewhere else to go, they denied two separate requests based on the fact that "I was already checked in." Absurd to be denied for checking into a room sight unseen.

For $381 night this is unacceptable - find somewhere else!

Great hotel perfect area. Walking distance to 5th Avenue. Terrible bardender at thier bar, she gave me a menu, and never came back for my order. So after 20 minutes I went to Pinshers across the st.

A great location to the bay front with fun restaurants within a stone’s throw, as well as walking distance to downtown. Probably would pay for room on bayside next time, as windows are bigger and less noise from outside traffic. Plus a view! (Highly suggest using underpass by hotel and walking along Tin City and following 6th Ave for a few blocks before rejoining 5th Ave when heading to downtown. Cars on highway 41 are insane..). Staff at desk were wonderful!.

Location is wonderful big hit. Otherwise for the hotel it’s roach infested and lacks structure coming from a former employee
