Front desk staff need more training
The manager Matt was always visible and ready to answer any questions to ensure all guests were happy. Every staff person, from housekeeping to front-desk to waitstaff were friendly and created an extremely pleasant atmosphere.
Boat, kayak and bike rentals are available on the premises. I highly recommend adding a boat rental to your stay. Nick was great with his provisions as well as getting us on and off the slip.
Happy hour and Live entertainment at the Tiki bar added to our fun. Will definitely be returning!
