Lobby are ridiculous cold, it’s really impossible stay in public spaces of this hotel. In the pool area it’s impossible stay the music are so loud. Staff don’t understand English and not be kind.

I’ve stayed there several times for Music Week and had the best service and treatment ever, but this year it was extra special, Pablo Robles at front desk really made sure of it, thank you so much!!

Nicest hotel I’ve stayed it. Pool was great and so were the drinks. We stayed before a cruise and enjoyed it
