Headphones stolen from room. Front desk said there has reports of other people’s stuff missing but refuses to do anything about it. Sketchy place. Avoid at all cost if you value your belongings

Great view from hotel but a sub par hotel overall.
Room was out dated. Front desk staff was welcoming and room was clean. It costed us around 450$ for 2 days stay for a single room and the price was not worthy at all. Hotel was over priced.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage direkt an der Bucht. Allerdings ist der Weg nach Miami Beach und auch nach Downton weit und nur per Auto oder Bus machbar. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten mit defekter Einrichtung (Toilette, Fön) zu kämpfen - repariert wurde erst auf mehrmalige Nachfrage. An der Rezeption saß bei uns eine pampige Mitarbeiterin, die sich nur sehr wiederwillig unserer Anliegen angenommen hat. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer und der gesamten Anlage hat noch sehr viel Luft nach oben - das scheint aber niemanden zu interessieren. Wir haben selbst nach Toilettenpapier an der Rezeption gebettelt - von Seife, Schampoo, Kaffee etc.gar nicht zu reden. Das Hotel hat Parkplätze, die extra berechnet werden, aber vergleichsweise günstig sind. Das Frühstück (war bei uns im Preis enthalten) bietet wenig Auswahl und überwiegend Süsskram. Teller waren zwar Mehrweg aus Kunststoff, dafür aber teilweise nicht sauber, sehr unappetitlich. Alles in allem können wir das Hotel durchaus empfehlen, wenn man nicht allzu zimperlich oder anspruchsvoll ist.

Catastrophique.. non mais vraiment je pèse mes mots. Hôtel miteux avec moquette au sol, trace de sang sur les portes, pas propre du tout. Entrée par dehors pour rentrer dans les chambres avec un immeuble très ancien et abîmé. Aucun service en trois jours personne n’est venu nettoyer la chambre. Franchement c’est une honte. Fuyezzzzzz!
