房间杂音太大声被吵醒无法入睡，凌晨3点酒店给换了房间，休息的非常不好，几乎整个晚上都没怎么睡，酒店也没有给延迟退房补偿，非常不好的入住体验。

Worst experience. Had to wait for hours to get any room service. 2 hours to get water to the room!

Best hotel I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. Every single staff member was engaging and asked if I needed help with anything. Restaurants and bars were top notch. Warren was the first member to greet me and he helped me each day I stayed there. I would recommend this place to anyone.
